Conservatory-trained pianist from Rotterdam with over 25 years of experience. Atmospheric live music with feeling and improvisation for all occasions: dinners, weddings, receptions and company parties - from jazz and Latin to pop and classical, from atmospheric to swinging. I like to adapt to the atmosphere, making each performance unique. If desired, I bring my own piano and sound system.
For over 25 years I have been providing live piano music at dinners, weddings, receptions, get-togethers, corporate events and other occasions. What makes my performances special is my talent for improvisation with which I adapt the music to the atmosphere and the audience. This way every performance feels unique and fits the moment.
My repertoire is broad and flexible: jazz (a.o. Frank Sinatra-medley, Glen Miller-medley, American Songbook-medley), Latin (a.o. Tango-medley, Brazil-medley, Cuba-medley), easy listening, pop (a.o. Beatles, Elton John, Queen, Toto, Michael Jackson), classical (a.o. Chopin, Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Debussy) and of course specific request songs. Always recognizable, atmospheric and tailored to the event.
I speak Dutch, German, English, Spanish and French, which is nice with international guests. In addition to
numerous parties and celebrations, I have played at SS Rotterdam, Hilton Schiphol, Hotels van Oranje, Atlantic Hotel Scheveningen, the Regentenkamer in Leiden and various Van der Valk locations, as well as at cultural institutions and care centers (including Aafje Thuiszorg Rotterdam, Humanitas Thuiszorg, Klaasje Zevenster and Laurens).
