Arpalisa accompanies yoga and tai chi, the music takes you on an inner journey and guides, supports the movement. Treat yourself to a wonderful moment of relaxation.
If desired, Lies can give a Guided Imagery guided meditation session.
During wonderful yoga class, Lies plays harp. The music brings you close to yourself and calms your mind. The combination of yoga and live harp music is cherishing for body and mind, Arpalisa has extensive experience with yoga and tai chi and works with different teachers. The harp vibrates the air and gives you a warm sound bath during class and meditation.
Note: Lies does not give the yoga class herself, but accompanies the teacher. The yoga teacher can also be booked in consultation....

Wow! What a nice afternoon we had with our residents together with Arpalisa! Besides the beautiful harp playing, the contact Arpalisa made with the residents was wonderful to see. One resident said afterwards 'it's a pity my mother couldn't be here, she would have loved it too'
