Duo Young Gold consists of violinist/alt violinist Ian de Jong and cellist/guitarist/singer Thomas van Geelen. The diversity of their repertoire ensures an exciting journey through different musical styles. The duo effortlessly goes from a sung jazz standard to a Bach two-part invention to a gypsy czardas and then ends with a John Legend pop hit.
Duo Young Gold has played at weddings, living room concerts, birthday parties and as a dinner show between the corridors. The duo plays both amplified and acoustic and can therefore be used in all kinds of halls and rooms.

Ian de Jong provided a beautiful serenade with the violin for my mother-in-law's 81st birthday. His performance of the Hungarian piece of music was both breathtaking and moving and brought a special atmosphere to the celebration. The birthday girl was deeply impressed by his talent.
