Carla Bos is a professional harpist, graduated as Performing Musician (Master) at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague: besides playing the harp, I also love storytelling and singing. I follow private storytelling and directing lessons with Toos Ligtenberg in Zwolle and studied at the Utrecht Storytelling Academy. Since 2016 I follow singing lessons with Willemijn van Gent and I did a singing/harp course with Rachel Ann Morgan. By now I have combined a large number of stories with music on the harp in a particularly fun and engaging performance: a Concert Narration or Musical Story.
I enjoy the search for stories that are suitable for telling in which I can
play appropriate music on my harp. That search continues, full of enthusiasm, there are plenty of ideas ... I hope to have made you curious!

What a great performance it was this afternoon. We could hear a pin drop so intently the residents were listening. Some of them had to wipe away a tear. "It was truly a royal instrument. It was nice that Carla also told something about the composer and the piece of music. It worked well for the imagination to understand the music. Carla was easy to approach and the cooperation was pleasant. It is worth repeating.
