She was fantastic and very helpful to us, since she was willing to come to the event after it turned out we had booked her for the wrong date. The event went smoothly, the kids were happy, and the quality was top-notch.

It was truly FANTASTIC. The kids really enjoyed it. However, the description said that the birthday child would receive a gift, and we missed out on that.

We surprised our 3-year-old granddaughter with the arrival of Elsa on her birthday. How wonderful this was, to see her fly Elsa into her arms. And how wonderful Elsa was to see. And she did it so nice and sweet. Our granddaughter was totally absorbed in her and did not deviate from her. We are still enjoying this beautiful encounter. Thank you very much Elsa, for this wonderful encounter.
