My name is Ria Kuipers-Andrea. I am a sworn wedding registrar and I enjoy marriages and partner registrations. If you are already married and would like a reconfirmation, I will be happy to take care of it for you as well.

Since September 1994 I have been working as an sworn wedding official in South Holland. Besides the marriages for "my" congregation I can be found very regularly in Italy. There I do wedding ceremonies with Love, Humour and Fun.
In consultation with the bride and groom I like to make a party of it. Every couple is unique, with its own story. Children are also involved in the ceremony.
With each bride and groom I have a free introductory conversation, where we discuss our wishes with each other. Also the witnesses get personal attention from me during the ceremony
It is my wish to make it an unforgettable ceremony, which we can all look back on with great pleasure.

A dear friend of ours advised me to contact Ria. We wanted to have a civil servant who is sweet, understands people well and above all has a sense of humour. Well... this certainly worked out!
