Discover the energy of hip-hop at 4XM’s Hip-Hop Dance Workshop! Learn different moves, come up with your own moves, and work together with the group to create a complete choreography. An active and energetic workshop perfect for a company outing, team-building day, bachelor/bachelorette party, or any other event!

Hip-Hop Workshop – Learn the Moves & Create a Choreography Together!

Is hip-hop dancing only for people who are flexible and know every TikTok dance by heart? Definitely not.

During our Hip-Hop Workshop, everyone gets an accessible introduction to various moves and techniques from hip-hop dance. No experience is necessary at all: our dance instructor builds the workshop step by step, so even participants who normally prefer to stay on the sidelines can join in.

We’ll start with a warm-up and some basic movements. The focus will be on rhythm, posture, coordination, and—above all—moving freely to the music. Gradually, we’ll combine different moves to lay the foundation for a group choreography.

But you don’t just have to copy our instructor’s moves. Creativity and improvisation are actually key parts of the workshop. Participants are challenged to come up with their own moves and then incorporate them into the final dance routine.

That’s what makes the workshop extra fun for groups: everyone literally contributes a piece of the choreography.

A Hip-Hop Workshop is an excellent way to get colleagues out of their familiar work environment. No conference tables, laptops, or presentations—just turn on the music and hit the dance floor together.

It’s not about who’s the best dancer. It’s the process of practicing together, making mistakes, trying again, and ultimately putting together a choreography as a group that creates so much fun and interaction.

Depending on the occasion, we can also tailor the workshop to the group—from a short, energetic introduction to hip-hop to a more in-depth workshop where you’ll work toward a collaborative final performance.

And of course, that choreography can be performed at the end—for each other, for coworkers, or—for those who dare—during the party or event that the workshop is part of.

The workshop is perfect for company outings, team-building days, staff parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, groups of family and friends, and events.

*Max. 25 participants per workshop leader.
*No dance experience is necessary.
*The workshop combines hip-hop moves, choreography, improvisation, and your own creativity.
*Multiple workshops in a row or multiple workshop leaders at the same time are possible.
*We provide the necessary sound equipment.

Our Hip-Hop Workshop is available throughout the Netherlands and Belgium, and the duration and content can be tailored to your group.
