Streetbeats Percussion – Anything Can Be an Instrument!

A bucket or other everyday object as a musical instrument? At Streetbeats, anything is possible!

During our Streetbeats Workshop, you’ll discover how to play the rhythms of contemporary music using surprising materials. We don’t use standard drum sets—just materials from the hardware store.

After a brief introduction, we’ll start with the basics of drumming. You’ll learn different rhythms and techniques and discover how individual parts come together to form a complete beat.

Then we’ll take it a step further. The group will be divided among different rhythms and instruments, and eventually everything will come together in one collective groove. Listen closely to each other, work together, and above all, make lots of noise!

No musical experience is necessary. Our workshop leader will make sure everyone can join in quickly. Before you know it, the whole group will turn into one big Streetbeats percussion band.

The workshop is perfect for company outings, team-building days, bachelor/bachelorette parties, groups of family and friends, and events.

*Max. 25 participants per workshop.
*Multiple workshops in a row or multiple workshop leaders at the same time are possible.
*We bring all Streetbeats instruments, drumsticks, and sound equipment.

Our Streetbeats Percussion Workshop is available throughout the Netherlands and Belgium, and its duration and content can be tailored to your group.
