Frites Unique is the ultimate on-site fries experience. We bring our award-winning cuisine to your event: fresh farm-to-table fries, homemade sauces, generously loaded fries, surprising loaded sandwiches, and burgers—all carefully prepared and served by a welcoming team.

It all starts with the fries. Fresh from the farm, they’re first pre-cooked at a low temperature, allowed to rest, and then finished frying just before they’re served. The result is a rare balance: golden brown and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Topped with our homemade sauces, crowned by Mama’s Unique peanut sauce—made according to her own recipe from Surinamese cuisine, and found nowhere else.

From classic to fully vegan, we tailor the menu entirely to your special day. Wedding, corporate party, birthday, or festival: we’ll come to you with our luxury truck and take care of everything from setup to the very last bite. All you and your guests have to do is enjoy yourselves.
