The jazz band "Jazzes" puts on lively performances featuring bebop and cool jazz. Just think of "Fried Bananas" by Dexter Gordon or "Stolen Moments" by Oliver Nelson.

Jazzes is a jazz band that originated in Tripscompagnie. There, the band evolved into its current five-piece lineup.
Jan plays piano, Sietze plays drums, and Herman plays double bass and 5-string bass guitar. Together, they form the rhythmic heart of this jazz band, while the horn section is its face. Sietse plays the alto and soprano saxophones, and Kees plays the tenor saxophone. All are amateur musicians with diverse styles that make Jazzes a unique ensemble. The band is now based in Leek.
As you can see, all the ingredients are there for a fun, entertaining, and relaxed concert. Add to that each musician’s rich and varied musical background, combined with their boundless enthusiasm, and you’re guaranteed an atmospheric and enjoyable band.
