We play jazz standards, our own compositions and on request our own versions of pop songs.
Great for weddings during ceremonies, drinks or meals. We can play in the foreground but also quietly in the background. Intimate or just festive effervescence.
Kirsi-Marja "Kiki" Harju is a versatile professional musician from Finland. She plays the trumpet, sings and composes. She studied music in Finland and played with various groups before finally settling down in Amsterdam to study jazz music at the Conservatory of Amsterdam. In 2019, she graduated as Bachelor of Music with jazz trumpet as her major. She especially excels in intimate songs and creative lyrical trumpet playing The duo was formed in 2022 and played several concerts with their own work and jazz standards. The duo can be used for parties and concerts in gardens, churches, restaurants or anywhere, in the foreground festive and vibrant or more in the background.

The performance exceeded my expectations. After some extra google in which I could hear a lot of work and was impressed by the high quality, this was fully realized on the spot. It was a wedding with 65 people, christian played for 3 hours with only a short break during dinner and welcomed evening guests in a garden with a subtle amplifier perfectly tuned in terms of sound level.
