During this workshop, everything revolves around experience, tasting, and hands-on creation. We start with an introduction to The Lemon Spirit and guide you through the artisanal process behind our limoncello. While enjoying a tasting session, you’ll discover the signature smooth and creamy flavour that makes this limoncello so unique, and perfectly suited as a base for surprising and creative cocktails.

Of course, the experience goes far beyond tasting alone.

Together we immediately prepare your first cocktail, allowing you to experience the versatility of The Lemon Spirit firsthand. With a cocktail in hand, we then start the process of making your own limoncello. Step by step, you’ll learn how it works: from carefully peeling fresh lemons to combining them with pure alcohol. All instructions are provided, so you can easily continue the process at home.

After approximately four weeks, you complete the final stage at home and enjoy up to 1.6 litres of artisanal, homemade limoncello.

We end the workshop on a festive note by shaking an exclusive Lemon Spirit signature cocktail. During this finale, you’ll also learn essential cocktail techniques and practical bartender tips, so you leave not only with your own limoncello—but also with the skills to impress friends and family at home.
