AI is great for the boardroom. More efficient, faster, higher margins. But on the shop floor? There, it causes panic, anxiety, and a feeling that you’re falling behind. This show is for that group: the people who are hit the hardest.
A SOCIAL PROBLEM THAT NO ONE TALKS ABOUT OUT LOUD
Everyone is talking about AI—about the amazing things it brings: greater efficiency, higher margins, smarter processes. In the boardroom and among managers, that sounds like music to their ears.
But on the shop floor, it’s a different story. There, the same development is causing panic, anxiety, and a sense of uncertainty that’s hard to pin down. Tasks that used to feel normal now feel like you’re standing still while the world keeps moving.
Two-thirds of people are afraid of losing their jobs. More than half don’t know how to apply AI to their work at all. This is no longer an individual problem. It’s a societal issue. And that deserves an honest
conversation.
That’s exactly what this show aims to be: not a marketing pitch about the opportunities of AI, but an honest evening for the people who are hardest hit by this change.

This evening offers a great mix of humor combined with insights into AI, social media, and their impact on society. Willem and Wessel use humor to show how these topics can lead to different perspectives in the workplace. At the end of the show, there’s time for an interactive discussion based on questions from the audience, which is a great addition. Highly recommended.

I thoroughly enjoyed the show! Willem and Wessel know how to spark a conversation about AI in an accessible and interactive way. The show makes you think about all the possibilities of AI, but also about where its limits lie. It’s full of humor, relatable examples, and plenty of interaction. During the after-party, interesting conversations immediately sprang up with other attendees as well as with Willem and Wessel themselves. Everyone had a different perspective on the possibilities and limitations of AI. Highly recommended!

An informative show with a fun, humorous twist. It’s also really nice that Wessel and Willem do another round of questions and statements from the audience toward the end. This gives you the feeling that you’re contributing to the show yourself (which is indeed the case).
