But on the shop floor, it sounds different. There, the same development causes panic, unrest, and a sense of uncertainty that’s hard to pin down. Tasks that used to feel normal now feel like you’re standing still while the world keeps moving.

Two-thirds of people fear for their jobs. More than half don’t know how to apply AI to their work at all. This is no longer an individual problem. This is a societal issue. And that deserves an honest conversation.

That is exactly what this show aims to be: not a marketing pitch about the opportunities of AI, but an honest evening for the people who are hardest hit by this change.
