The combination of music and movement is a great way to get people moving. Marjoleine knows how to get participants excited! The workshops are designed for various target groups, such as children and people with disabilities, and are also very suitable for seniors, whether or not they have dementia or physical ailments. Rhythm Orchestra Workshop
In this workshop, we’ll make music together using rhythm instruments. There’s plenty to choose from! Together, we’ll form a rhythm orchestra. We’ll play along to a rhythm, improvise, and respond to each other—all while having lots of fun! The rhythms will also be combined with cheerful, familiar music, which will inspire everyone to join in. There will be an interlude featuring guitar and vocals by Marjoleine, providing a moment of calm. The workshop will conclude with a lively song that everyone can play along to, sing along to, and dance along to.
Rainbow Music Workshop
In this workshop, we’ll make music and move using various rainbow-themed materials. We’ll dance with beautiful, colorful fans to Spanish music. This
can be done while sitting in a chair, standing, or walking. We’ll make music with chime bars or boomwhackers and a few percussion instruments. We’ll also have fun singing along to cheerful music.
“Singing Without Worries” Workshop
During these workshops, we’ll sing together. Having fun and enjoying each other’s company is our top priority. We’ll sing a wide repertoire of familiar songs, tailored to the target audience. In addition: singing along to a rhythm, improvising, and responding to one another with great joy. Moving and dancing while singing is encouraged.
The songs will be accompanied by Marjoleine on guitar. In addition to singing, rhythm instruments will be used regularly.
Workshop group sizes are: 10–15 participants
