At first, it was a great experience—communication went smoothly, the costume looked nice, and the party went well. Unfortunately, there was one downside. “Teddy” mostly stayed in one spot and didn’t really pay enough attention to all the kids who were there—and there weren’t even that many of them—so I had expected a bit more. But other than that, it was still a fun experience and a nice addition to the party.

We had booked Teddy the Mascot as a special guest at an event. They work completely independently and mingle with the crowd. They arrived well ahead of time. They were pleasant to work with, and there were two of them. That provided just that little bit of extra support and guidance. I’m very satisfied. They were a real asset to the event we organized.

Even people who were a little hesitant at first ended up participating. Afterwards, I was told by many friends how much fun and original they thought it was. It really gave my birthday something extra and made the party complete. Without a doubt I would do it again, highly recommended!
