Plenty of room to move about the stage,

DE, NL, EN

I am an experienced chairperson for (internal) business conferences at one of Europe's largest banks. With substantive expertise in finance, IT, leadership, sustainability as well as inclusion and accessibility. I create a lively stage by actively connecting: from personal panel introductions and concluding questions to smoothly switching with unexpected twists. With my experience, creativity and personal involvement, I will keep your audience captivated all day at events where inclusion and accessibility are the norm.

As the moderator of your inclusion, accessibility, or other (corporate) event where disability plays a role, I bring extensive experience from (in-house) corporate conferences and hackathons within the banking sector. This experience enables me to successfully manage events in the fields of finance, IT, AI, leadership, sustainability, and social issues. With in-depth expertise in accessibility, inclusion, and diversity, I am a versatile asset for organizations that prioritize both substance and impact—and where inclusion is not an afterthought, but the norm.

I’m the moderator who brings the stage to life. I connect speakers and sessions, ask sharp and personal questions during panel discussions, and ensure a natural flow between sessions. Is the program running differently than planned? No problem: I adapt quickly to technical issues and guest interactions, stay calm amid the chaos, and use creativity to maintain energy and focus throughout the event.

Where the theme or program allows, I incorporate my own experiences and expertise into an opening or as a bridge between sessions. Based on my belief that genuine connection makes all the difference, I ensure your audience feels engaged—and stays connected to your event throughout the day.
