I am an experienced chairperson for (internal) business conferences at one of Europe's largest banks. With substantive expertise in finance, IT, leadership, sustainability as well as inclusion and accessibility. I create a lively stage by actively connecting: from personal panel introductions and concluding questions to smoothly switching with unexpected twists. With my experience, creativity and personal involvement, I will keep your audience captivated all day at events where inclusion and accessibility are the norm.

As day chairman, I bring extensive experience from (internal) business conferences within the bank. This experience allows me to lead events within finance, IT, leadership, sustainability and social issues. With in-depth expertise in accessibility, inclusion and diversity, I am broadly applicable to organizations that choose both content and impact - and where inclusion is not an afterthought, but the norm.

I am the chairperson who makes the podium come alive. I connect speakers and sessions, ask sharp and personal questions in panels and create a natural flow between sessions. Does the program run differently than planned? No problem: I switch quickly with technology and guests, remain calm in the chaos and use creativity to keep energy and focus in the event.

Where the theme or program allows for it, I add my own experiences and expertise in an opening or as a bridge between sessions. Based on my belief that true connection makes all the difference, I make sure your audience feels engaged - and stays connected to your event throughout the day.
