Fien Vermeulen is a presenter and, in her own words, lives in the most beautiful city in the Netherlands: Amersfoort. She graduated cum laude from the University of Amsterdam in Dutch Studies, specializing in rhetoric and discourse analysis. In her presentation work, Fien still falls back daily on that foundation of persuasion and research. Ever since Fien saw the children's news as a little girl, she knew she wanted to provide that window too: inform people about what's happening in the world, and in a fun way.

Fien is hosting our benefit gala for the third time this year. She is a host that fits our organization well: substantively strong, always professional but with visible and palpable warmth and personality in her work. In addition, Fien is never too shy to think along with us, switch gears quickly and, if necessary, make a U-turn when necessary to make the event a success. Last but certainly not least, she is a very nice, sociable person to work with.
