Bianca is an InCluencer and an advocate for organizations with a single message: Disability Inclusion = Shared Responsibility.
During my ten years at a corporate bank—nine of which I spent as Global Head of Accessibility—I found a leadership role in which people with disabilities and organizations shared a common benefit: accessibility!
For Inspiration and Motivation
With my unique expertise at the intersection of accessibility under the European Accessibility Act (EAA); human rights; and accessibility and inclusion as part of the AI Act, I inspire and motivate people within organizations to take on their role in this area.
Key elements of my keynote speeches:
- Leadership
- Equality before the law and in the financial sector
- Accessibility and barrier-free access to participate in society and the workforce
- The importance of accessible and understandable communication
- Responsible AI deployment, such as the safe use of new technologies like Meta Glasses
Why should inclusion and accessibility be a must-have at your event?
Given the rapidly growing impact of AI on the public and private sectors, this is
a theme that must be addressed in (corporate) strategies—from IT to UX, from HR to customer service. From your stage, I’ll inspire the people within your organizations to embrace accessibility and inclusion for people with disabilities as part of your strategy.
What sets me apart from other speakers on this topic?
Many speakers in the field of accessibility or disability inclusion have experience in a specific subfield, such as digital or physical accessibility; my expertise lies at the policy level and in connecting different domains within organizations. Above all, I focus on aligning organizational goals with disability inclusion and accessibility. Finally, I am both an expert by experience and an internationally certified experience professional, with several publications to my name.
What makes me a credible keynote speaker?
With 10 years at a corporate financial institution, where I started in Environmental and Social Risk (ESR) before spending 9 years as Global Head of Accessibility, leading ING’s global accessibility strategy. I left ING Bank in the summer of 2025 with a mission: to make banking and the business world more accessible and inclusive for people with disabilities.
This mission also inspired my book: *Disability Inclusion = Shared Responsibility*. In it, I explain the importance of shared responsibility—both on the part of the broader community (businesses and governments) and people with disabilities themselves—in creating inclusive organizations where everyone can thrive.
During my speaking engagements, I can also offer my book (in English) to your guests upon request; it is possible to order copies along with your booking. Please mention this in your request.
