10:30 a.m. – Performance 1: Lumi Wants a Dragon – Theater Werelddroom
Lumi lives with her mother in Dream Valley, where dreams take flight. She gets everything her heart desires, but does that really make her happy? Her mother is busy—always busy. And then Mom realizes she still
needs to ask Lumi what she’d like as a gift. You guessed it: a baby dragon. She goes to Dragonland, finds a dragon egg there, and brings it back home. But the little dragon isn’t happy—and Lumi? She decides to set out with the little dragon to find its mother.
A fairy-tale-like new story about longing, dreams, and taking action, nature, magic, and… DRAGONS!

1:30 p.m. – Performance 2: Monkey and the Dragon Egg – Alice Theater Company
Using large and small puppets and music, the Alice Theater Company presents an exciting story about a Monkey who sets out to find a missing dragon egg. Monkey and Mouse are best friends. It’s almost Mouse’s birthday, and she’s busy baking a cake for her birthday party. But she forgot to invite guests to her party. Oops! What now? Monkey goes into the forest to invite animals to the party, but a dangerous dragon lives in the forest. And she’s angry because her dragon egg has disappeared.

2:30 p.m. – Dragon Wings Workshop
There’s still plenty of crafting to be done for the dragon parade, which takes place at 3:30 p.m. Dragon wings, for example. Or a dragon’s tongue? Using natural materials, we’ll make all kinds of props for the colorful and festive parade that follows.

3:30 p.m. – Performance 3: Knight Florence and the Dragon – Theater Kees and Koos
Knight Florence, a female knight, has a colorful, sweet pet dragon. But there’s a problem at the campground! A wicked wizard has frozen everyone.
In a parade, accompanied by loud drumming and whistling, we’ll set the frozen people free. It’ll be an interactive theatrical parade for everyone.

What a fantastic performance of Lumi wanting a dragon. My daughter watched with open mouth and sang the dragon song continuously after the show. Highly recommended!

What a particularly beautiful powerful performance! Not only because of the set and the beautifully made authentic puppets but especially because of the enormous space between the different dialogues. This makes this performance a magical experience and between the words there is much more communicated from this silence than you initially think. Children, especially in these times when so much is flattened, deserve to be carried away in this beautiful story.

I thought it was very beautiful and beautifully made. It reminds me of dream flight, where butterflies also play a (main) role. Good luck with your show
