Herbie Blues, the harmonica one-man band that conquers every party and event with their own blues and well-known songs from the legends. With Herbie at your event, you don't need a five-piece band. Vocals, drums, harmonica, you name it. Book him now for an unforgettable experience.

Inspired by the likes of Louis Jordan, Little Walter and Sonny Terry, Herbie plays and sings the Blues! From his own life experience and over various special encounters, many of his own songs have been written. In his repertoire, besides his own work, there is also room for recognizable songs by, for example, John Lee Hooker, Sonny Terry and Mississippi Fred Mcdowell.

Herbie (Harbert Grezel) has been playing harmonica since 1992. As a musician, he played in High Temperature and The Blues Kings, among others. In 2013 Herbie was the winner of the Dutch Blues Challenge and in 2015 he won the Dutch Street Musicians Championship. His music is best characterized as New Old Stock Blues.

As a Harmonica one-man band Herbie travels throughout the Netherlands but also Internationally he has the necessary performances to his name. Performances at festivals, in bars, on the street and whatever else you can think of. He is open to everything because this man loves nothing more than making music. And his performances are laced with humor and stories.

Playing time is variable:
There is enough material to play 4 times 40 minutes but in practice it often involves only 2 or 3 sets.

Technique and amplification:
Herbie is capable of amplifying herself lightly or loudly with her own equipment. This is suitable for a gig at a garden, street, restaurant, pub and or small festival. For a large venue and or festival it would be nice to have technique here though.
