Matt Phillips played here in the garden as a surprise for my birthday. What a nice guy and what a talent. He played a nice combination between his own work and covers so that even the guests who are a little less into music were entertained with familiar songs like Valerie and Hey Ya.

We had booked Matt Phillips for our traveling festival along the Wadden Islands. for 10 days he sailed with us and performed in various places from small theaters, terraces to outdoor stages and cafes and in fact he delivered in all these places. Apart from his own shows, he was one of the most enthusiastic spectators. He jumped on stage to join other artists, helped sound engineers and even offered to fill in as stage manager when someone in the crew was sick. In short, a breath of fresh air to work with.
