Kara Strings’ 6-piece ensemble is our most impressive and luxurious line-up, created for events where you want the music to feel truly extraordinary.

Featuring four violins, viola and cello, this ensemble produces a rich, orchestral sound that is larger and more cinematic than a traditional string quartet. The additional violins create a fuller texture and a visually striking stage presence, making it an ideal choice for grand weddings, luxury receptions and prestigious corporate events.

Our musicians are among London’s most experienced performers and regularly play with world-class orchestras including the London Symphony Orchestra, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and the London Philharmonic Orchestra. Members of Kara Strings have also performed alongside international artists such as Michael Bublé and Ed Sheeran.

Kara Strings has performed for some of the world’s most prestigious clients and events, including Netflix (for the series Bridgerton), the Royal Family at St James’s Palace, the Financial Times, Samsung, Adidas and the Rothschild family.

Our repertoire ranges from classical masterpieces and romantic ceremony music to cinematic arrangements, modern pop songs and elegant background music for receptions and dinners.

Based in London, Kara Strings performs regularly across the UK and internationally, with recent events taking us to beautiful venues in France, Italy, the Netherlands and Greece.
