Thijs Swinkels is an entrepreneur, speaker and social inspiration. Thijs Swinkels is a born entrepreneur with a keen eye for opportunities and a heart for social impact. His entrepreneurial journey began when he stood at the cradle of Brownies&downieS; a special hospitality business in which people with disabilities play a central role. What started as a bold dream grew into a national chain with dozens of establishments and a powerful social message: everyone deserves a place in society.
With his contagious energy, perseverance and sharp vision, Thijs managed to build Brownies&downieS into a household name. He proved that commercial success and social entrepreneurship can go together perfectly. His approach: don't think in limitations, but in talents and possibilities.
After his successful entrepreneurial adventure, Thijs started using his knowledge and experience to inspire others. As a speaker, he candidly shares his personal story: the challenges, highlights and lessons he learned along the way about entrepreneurship, leadership, inclusiveness and making an impact.
