The Marquis Food Truck
Our food truck has a modular kitchen, so we easily customize the offerings to your guests. How fun is that!
Think: smash burgers, loaded hot dogs, loaded fries, sgroppino, loaded spring rolls, churros or a prawn wraps. And with years of experience, only one rule applies: nothing is too crazy for us.
You relax, we take care of the rest
Whether it's a small team or a large crowd: we drive nationwide.
No stress, no hassle. We can take care of everything: planning, crew, coordination of electricity, setting up and dismantling, routing, disposables and a clean delivery.
And of course we take into account vega, vegan, gluten-free or other requirements.

For our drinks, we booked Marquis and it was really a hit. We especially liked the ball sandwich, the pulled chicken and the loaded spring rolls. The ball sandwich was nice and juicy, the pulled chicken super tender and those spring rolls ... they were gone in no time. The atmosphere was great and everyone walked back to the food truck a few times. Everything was tightly arranged, so we could just enjoy the drinks. Just the way you like it.

Insane for our team event! Super fine communication beforehand, the food truck looked great and was nicely decorated, and they also brought standing tables. We are mega happy and will definitely book them again :)

Really enjoyed it at Marquis Foodtruck! I had a pulled chicken sandwich and it was really so delicious, you can just taste that everything is fresh and the menu was well thought out. They are also very nice people, which makes it even more fun to eat there. Everything was just right and it was great. I will definitely visit Nootdorp when they are there again. Would really recommend it to anyone!

What a top-notch experience! The fresh sandwiches were really incredibly delicious and richly topped exactly as you hope, actually even better. The sauces were super flavorful and perfectly combined so everything was nicely balanced. And then those toppings... really fantastic! They completed the sandwich and gave each sandwich that little bit extra. It was truly a delicious flavor explosion.
