The EU AI Act mandates basic knowledge for anyone working with AI. This AI Literacy training not only makes colleagues more skilled, but also more aware and ethically astute. Leon Tindemans combines knowledge, reality and inspiration into a session that sticks.

AI is increasingly being used by employees to brainstorm, write emails and letters, analyze information and process knowledge faster. The opportunities are great, but conscious and responsible use is now crucial. Misinformation, hallucinations, deepfakes, privacy and sustainability impacts require a solid AI foundation within teams.

This AI Literacy training is taught by Leon Tindemans, one of the most experienced AI speakers and trainers in the Netherlands. An early AI-adopter, he has been following and using generative AI in practice for years. He has also been training organizations on LinkedIn and digital innovation since 2010. Every week he coaches employees, HR teams, sales professionals and leaders throughout the Netherlands, in virtually every sector and industry. His strength is humanizing technology, with language and examples that stick and are directly used in the workplace.

In 1.5 hours participants get a clear understanding of what AI is, how chatbots work, how to use prompts with impact, what is and isn't allowed within organizations, and how to recognize and prevent risks. Each participant will receive a digital AI Literacy certificate upon completion, which will help you as an organization meet the requirements of Article 4 of the EU AI Act, the legal requirement since February 1, 2025.
