The length of the performance can be adjusted to suit the needs of the event. Content can also be emphasized more in a particular area.

If you want to take it a little more seriously, I can also be booked as a speaker or for a workshoip neurodiversity.

Alle Dagen Heel Divers is an (h)honest and musical performance about living with ADHD. When Femke Vernij (known from the Girls of LOS) was diagnosed three years ago, her first thought was, "What nonsense, I wasn't a difficult child." Surely ADHD'ers are busy, uneducated or lazy? She now wants to dispel that persistent misconception.

With music, self-mockery and personal stories, Femke takes you on her quest. Because with the chaos of her father and the hyperactivity of her mother, she fitted in perfectly with the family. But being a mother herself, with all the expectations imposed by the world and herself, she got stuck in a burn-out.

ADHD turned out not to be an excuse, but another use case. Accepting who you are is not lazy, explaining what you need is courageous.

A performance full of humor, recognition and insight - for everyone with, without or in addition to ADHD. Because maybe you too will find your own manual.
