From spreadsheet specialist to rock star in one afternoon! Your team transforms into a real rock band and gives a spectacular live performance. No musical experience necessary - just the guts to rock!

The road to fame in 3 stages:

**Phase 1: Band formation**
After a brief introduction about playing in a band, you form groups and get the first team assignment: dividing the instruments. Who takes the guitar? Who dares to get behind the drums? And who will be the front man or front woman? As a team you decide who will take on which role, which immediately creates new dynamics and cooperation. Discover hidden talents within your team and get to know colleagues in a whole new way.

**Phase 2: The rehearsals**
Time to tame your instrument! Under the guidance of our professional musicians, you'll learn the basics at record speed. From "what's a chord?" to "hey, I can really play this!" in no time. Whether you choose guitar, drums, bass guitar, keyboard or vocals - our experienced coaches ensure that everyone can play in a band within 2.5 to 3 hours. Even the biggest spreadsheet fanatic transforms into an enthusiastic musician here. You rehearse a well-known rock song together and refine the performance. Amaze yourself at what is possible!

**Phase 3: Showtime!**
Spots on, volume up! On a real rock stage you will transform from average colleagues to real rock legends. With professional lighting and sound equipment you will give the performance of your life. The quiet colleague suddenly turns out to have vocal talent, someone overcomes his stage fright and shines as a drummer - these surprising breakthroughs create lasting connections between team members. This is the moment colleagues will be talking about for weeks to come!
