Make strategy tangible
Building together is understanding together. With LEGO® Serious Play®, we translate vision into concrete scenarios, identify risks, and create a shared story that moves people along. Less powerpoint, more ownership, and a roadmap that everyone supports.

This format works especially well for:

Program managers / change leads / PMO - for complex change with many stakeholders.

When is it extra appropriate?
- There are multiple perspectives you want to unify.
- The strategy is too abstract or stuck in powerpoint.
- You want to reach choices faster with support.
- There is uncertainty/risk and you need scenarios.

Practical guideline:
Group size: 6-12 (more can be done with co-facilitator). Larger groups are always possible this is by agreement.
Level: senior/professional; no "creativity" required, meaning is central.
Prerequisites: willingness to build, share and decide.

Less suitable if:
- The outcome is already fixed (then it is not co-creation).
- There is no time for reflection and decision-making in the session.
