In this workshop we make words give way to doing. With LEGO® you will discover together patterns, bottlenecks and opportunities that normally remain invisible. Playful, sharp and surprisingly concrete. This so that afterwards you not only have ideas, but also a shared plan to make them happen.

Words give way to doing. In this workshop we use LEGO® Serious Play® to make ideas visible, unravel bottlenecks and accelerate decisions. Building instead of debating creates focus, ownership and a concrete plan that everyone supports.

Working method
We work in short building rounds: participants build individual models, explain the meaning and connect them into one collective "landscape." In this way, dependencies and options literally become visible. As facilitator, I ask sharp questions, secure equal input and translate insights into actions.

Practical guideline:
Group size: 6-15 (more can be done with co-facilitator). Larger groups can always be agreed upon.
Level: no "creativity" required, meaning is central.
Prerequisites: willingness to build, share and decide.
