As a business platform for entrepreneurs and directors, we have had the opportunity to work with Dimitri van Zantvliet several times at our events. His performance on cybersecurity was not only strong in content, but also extremely relevant to our constituency of entrepreneurs. With a lot of energy, humor and practical examples he managed to make a complex subject understandable and urgent. Our participants were full of praise and especially appreciated the concrete tips they could put to work immediately in their own organizations. In short: an inspiring speaker who combines knowledge with charisma - highly recommended for any business event.

Over the past two years, I have enjoyed working with Dimitri on Cybersec Netherlands, where he is not only part of the advisory board, but also a fixture within the program. During last year's edition, he provided a highly appreciated keynote on the role of cybersecurity within Dutch Railways. With conviction, he showed how cybersecurity there is now as embedded in the organization as physical security, and how cooperation within the European rail sector is essential to increase digital resilience. His insights into the role of AI within future cyber management captured the imagination and gave the audience a concrete picture of how technology and humans can reinforce each other in critical infrastructures. The combination of content, energy and humor made his performance one of the highlights of the conference. This year, he showed another side of his leadership by mentoring two of his pupils to their first major stage experience, a great example of how he fosters knowledge sharing and talent development. In addition, Dimitri participated in the CISO panel "How to Cyber Secure a NATO Summit Together?" in which the CISOs of NS, Schiphol, Air France-KLM and the Municipality of Haarlemmermeer gave a unique insight into the digital defense surrounding the NATO Summit in The Hague. In doing so, Dimitri candidly shared how Dutch Railways helped protect logistics, infrastructure and communications systems during one of the most high-risk international events of the year. His contribution gave the audience a rare look behind the scenes of cyber resilience at the highest level; from collaboration with the Ministry of Defense and the NCSC to decision making under pressure. When I had to add something last-minute to this year's program, Dimitri was immediately willing to join me for an "Ask Me Anything" session on the theme "How to become and stay a CISO? In an open and interactive setting, he shared his personal experiences about the road to, and staying in, a CISO role, the relationship with the board and constantly balancing between strategy, regulations and daily reality. The audience was given plenty of room to ask questions, and the room was packed to the last seat. The session attracted so much interest that visitors continued talking with him afterwards and even wanted to have their pictures taken with him. In addition to his involvement with Cybersec Netherlands, Dimitri also actively participates within the CISO Community Netherlands and makes valuable contributions to Computable, including an extensive interview in the magazine. In short, Dimitri combines in-depth cybersecurity knowledge with an infectious energy on stage. He knows how to make complex topics understandable and relevant to any audience. And always with humor, passion and conviction.

I loved your lecture, the presentation was very fluid and the explanation was very easy to understand, it was a fantastic experience. Your lecture gave me insight into the work your team does and I felt the passion and commitment you show for it. What stuck with me the most was your reference to "The Signal-Man" by Dickens; using the story as an introduction, you integrated infrastructure, technology and cybersecurity in a wonderful way. It was a very inspiring lecture, truly fantastic. Thank you so much for sharing such great content.
