Quintus performs familiar songs from the past—think Wim Sonneveld, Ronnie Tober, Elvis Presley, and Doris Day. Atmospheric, heartfelt, and lighthearted.
All with a touch of theater, humor, and warmth. Quintus sings and dances smoothly and gracefully among the residents.
This program focuses specifically on older LGBTQIA+ adults—people who may have felt they had less freedom to be themselves throughout their lives. During this performance, the artist playfully demonstrates how you can be yourself, making this freedom both visible and tangible.
At the same time, the performance is just as enjoyable and relatable for all other older adults; it’s about being together, being yourself, interacting, music, and having fun—not about labels.
The atmosphere is lighthearted, open, and sometimes moving. Staff members often report that residents spontaneously share personal stories—about family, the past, and themselves—both during and after the performance.

Quintes came into our house in immediately went past all the people to amaze them. He did a nice job of getting everyone involved and people joined in right away. We had a drinks and gourmet with 21 people where he caused some commotion. 1.5 hours was maybe a bit long. An hour would have been nice too. We were amazed and laughed.

What a beautiful party it turned out to be for my mother's 90th birthday thanks to Quintus' performance. He knows how to enthuse everyone. Everyone sang along at the top of their voices with the recognizable songs. It was built up to a beautiful story in which the elderly recognized themselves. How valuable that is!
