Ronald Mol, as an expert by experience, will give the workshop integrity and manners/how to deal with colleagues within the LGBTQ+ community in the workplace. Inclusion, diversity and leadership will also be addressed during this workshop.

Ronald is: flexible in thinking, not quick to change point of view, social butterfly, networker, pragmatic, good at talking, unfiltered, no nonsense & straight to the point.

A joke "that should be okay". A look that lingers just a little too long. A compliment with a venomous undertone. Micro-aggressions are small in size, but big in effect; especially for people from the LGBTQ+ community.

Objective:
Participants recognize micro-aggressions, understand impact (≠ intention), learn to adjust (speaker), limit (receiver) and intervene (bystander), and formulate concrete "if-then" actions for their specific context.

Target audience:
executives, teams, teachers, HR/communications, volunteers; with explicit focus on micro-aggression toward LGBTQ+ persons.

Length & format:
- Quick course 120 min - awareness + 2 tools + mini-role plays.
- Half day (3 hours + walk-out) - depth, more practice, action plan and team agreements.

Quick course:
- Safety: confidentiality, "challenge the idea, not the person", speaking/listening rules, pronouns check-in (optional), low-incentive places.
