A semi-official ceremony in which a person (the chief guest) is openly and playfully insulted and mocked for the entertainment of the audience. Clumsy, vulgar and crude. Not for tender souls! But ideal for a super original team outing, anniversary party, bachelor party, 40th wedding anniversary, etc.
The purpose of the roast ceremony is to completely tear down, or roast, the attendees, but especially the chief guest. A form of cabaret that is very personal, harsh and crude. But so over the top vulgar and boorish, that it is guaranteed to make you laugh! If desired, I can -as the climax of the ceremony- have the chief guest sign a statement to e.g. change his behavior.

We thought it was a super nice personal ceremony. Big kudos to eelco for making up his speech for the ceremony incredibly well based on our personal conversations. He is very friendly and sociable and in our opinion has a good sense of humor. Despite the bad weather during the ceremony, eelco made this a beautiful ceremony. We thank him very much for his help and recommend him to everyone.

Eelco did a very nice job. We were looking for an informal ceremony, where jokes could be made. But it was also serious Eelco did this exactly as we wanted. We had nice introductory conversations. They made a nice, personal and correct story Got a lot of compliments on the ceremony afterwards. Good alternation between pleasant, serious and involving the audience. Definitely a recommendation!
