From model to lightworker: an honest and penetrating life story about HSP, grounding, self-love and inner strength. With down-to-earth spirituality and life experience, Ellen shows you how to go from survival to real life. She takes you on her journey from the fashion world to a deep inner search. Ellen Worm is a ceremony speaker, ritual counselor and writer, with a young and sparkling charisma. She connects light and depth with warmth, humor and humanity. Her story is an inspiration for anyone who wants to learn to embrace themselves and be powerfully present in life.
Ellen Worm worked as a full-time mannequin in the fashion industry from age 18 to 25. Behind the glitz and glamour, however, she felt empty and cut off from herself. She lived mostly from her head, sustained herself on willpower and was hardly an embodied presence. Until her body said stop and she collapsed.
What followed was a ten-year period of retreat, almost like a nun in her own home. During this time, her intense inner journey of self-healing began. She went through deep spiritual and mystical experiences that changed her life forever. Ellen had to learn to bring her mind and body back together, to feel her own limits and step by step to develop her I-power.
This path from
survival to real life became her soul mission. Like a caterpillar retreating into a cocoon, she lived through the darkness to finally emerge as a butterfly. As a result, she can now guide others with great empathy and clarity.
Today Ellen accompanies people during important moments in their lives. She does this in personal ceremonies, but also in lectures and interactive presentations. From her own experience she lets people feel how to stand firmly in your power, while still remaining connected to the world around you.
Her message is clear: Self-awareness grounding and self-love are not a luxury, but the foundation of a fulfilled life. Only those who embrace themselves can lovingly and freely connect with others. An interactive lecture - presentation you won't soon forget!

On June 1, 2024, I had the privilege of being present at the wedding of André and Arabella, where Ellen led the ceremony. Her sparkling presence (further highlighted by her beautiful colorful outfit) and generous smile relaxed both the bride and groom and the guests. In addition to the beautiful sand ceremony where all family members poured in a color appropriate to their character and the loving and emotional handfasting that Ellen led both loosely and in a structured manner, there was also room for stories. In addition to the "how did you get to know each other" that all guests naturally loved hearing about, Ellen had delved much deeper into the things important to the bride and groom. Goddess Freya, the vision and intention of the motorcycle club and the bond with children and witnesses. Loved ones not present or deceased were also given their own space and honored. Time after time I was moved by the depth Ellen knew how to bring so naturally. Always followed by a hearty laugh, because a wedding should also be a happy affair. I am no longer planning to get married, but if I were, I would definitely ask Ellen to conduct the ceremony.

Then, as a wedding officiant, you are offered a wedding by a beautiful married couple. With the announcement that you only have to do the official part and that the entire ceremony is in the hands of Ellen Worm. A little Googling reveals that she is a pleasant person with a lot of experience in various subjects. Mainly in the field of coaching and support. To discuss marriage with her I made an appointment to have a 'live' conversation. There appears to be a friendly empathic people-person. Good conversation showing enthusiasm for the upcoming marriage that we then have to take care of together. Afterwards Ellen appears to have so much energy that she has already arranged the lion's share of the organizing and also the speech. For me, it was like coming into a prepared bed. The day of the wedding itself was a party. Watching her, I saw someone who delivered a good speech containing the points essential to the wedding couple in a respectful, sensitive and also humorous way. She also responded humorously to reactions from both the couple and the audience. I myself had no experience with handfasting and sand rituals and watched with attention how she integrated this into the wedding ceremony. Those involved were touched. (Marriage couple and several children!) All in all, should I want to do another wedding with someone, she is my choice.

Ellen guided our ceremony warmly, respectfully and with humor. Thank you Ellen. May other brides and grooms also find the happiness of having their ceremony conducted by you

Hi Ellen, the service for mom was beautiful. Warm, loving and "granny-worthy" my daughter said. Many compliments on the content. How beautiful people thought it was that her whole life was covered and not just the last few years. The content, but also the way it was presented. The peace in between with music they liked so much! And a big part came from you. Thank you for your pleasant guidance and the beautiful conversations that came about thanks to you. Kind regards,
