Alternative Rock Coverband Ivy Takes Over plays energetic alternative rock songs from the past, and mainly the 90's and 00's. (and the occasional up and down slip) The four of us provide an evening of delicious alternative rock. we revive the youth of many!
Ivy Takes Over is female fronted with Joyce as front woman also femaled at the back with Friek on drums. Roel angels on his guitar and Sander plucks the bass strings. With raw vocals, tight rhythms and recognizable melodies of songs by Guano Apes, Paramore, No Doubt, K's Choice, Halestorm, The Offspring, Skunk Anansie we put on a show. Every show is full of energy and fat songs and we make sure that everyone in the room is carried away by the music!
