Mark van Veen is a singer pur sang who sets every stage ablaze with his powerful voice, sincere charisma and inexhaustible energy. His musical journey began at the age of 6 with the drum band in his hometown Nieuwegein. What started with drumsticks, grew into a life full of music, passion and countless performances at home and abroad.

After completing his studies in 2008, Mark took his first steps as a singer and was soon on stage weekly. His warm voice and sincere performance impressed and earned him a growing number of fans as well as invitations to festivals, theaters and events across the country.

In 2017, his career gained momentum when he was discovered by well-known artist manager Leo Lukassen. This led to a long-term collaboration and eventually to recording his own music. For this, Mark worked with top producer Edwin van Hoevelaak, known for productions for Nick & Simon, Jeroen van der Boom and André Hazes, among others.

In 2023, Mark signed his first record deal with Triple-A Music, making a boyhood dream come true. With Edwin by his side, he released his first single a new musical chapter that fully showcases his own sound and personality. Despite the passing of his mentor Leo, Mark remained determined to work on his musical future, always with the audience as the driving force.

Whether he stands at a busy fairground party in Volendam, gives a theater show or brings the atmosphere to a climax during the Mega Piraten Festijn Mark van Veen always knows how to deliver. He has also earned his spurs internationally with performances on the Spanish costas and at various summer events.
