Bobby Prins is a purebred artist who was born on July 19, 1947. He is a Belgian folk singer of the national anthem. Already at an early age he was engaged in accordion lessons, an instrument that he still enjoys playing today. He was barely 18 years old when the young Bobby Prins recorded his first single.
He was a much sought-after artist and is still very popular because even now he is on stage somewhere in Flanders. We know him from countless famous hits, think of Sancta Maria (1973), Toe kom in mijn armen (1980), Pretty little Linda (1980) and Hou me vastnemen (2013).
