Double Groove is the perfect musical duo from Groningen, consisting of piano singer Else Merit Schreur and saxophonist Jeppe Oostenga. With over 20 years of stage experience and a completed conservatory education, they provide a warm, atmospheric and energetic musical experience tailored to your needs. Whether for an intimate wedding ceremony, a sparkling wedding party or a stylish event, Double Groove brings live music with feeling, craftsmanship and professionalism.

Else Merit Schreur is an experienced singer who has earned her spurs in the Dutch music scene. As lead singer of the famous rock band Bad Candy, co-founded by Barry Hay of Golden Earring, she performed in major venues such as the Heineken Music Hall and was support act for top artists such as Pink! Else studied at the Prince Claus Conservatory in Groningen and obtained a master's degree at the Universal Voice Institute in Amsterdam. Besides her stage work, she is also a singing teacher at the Hanzehogeschool and owner of her own singing school.
