Malou Petter (born July 2, 1990 in Woubrugge) is a versatile presenter and journalist with a background at the NOS Youth News. She received her degree in Journalism from the Hogeschool Utrecht, School for Journalism, and lives in Utrecht. Her professional career began in 2010 as an intern at the Jeugdjournaal, after which she quickly moved up to reporter and presenter. Between 2014 and 2020, she made reports at top events such as the World Cup Soccer in Brazil (2014) and the Winter Olympics in South Korea (2018). In November 2020, Malou made her debut as a newscaster at NOS News during the U.S. presidential election. At the end of 2024, she made the move to Talpa Network and has presented the opinion program Nieuws van de Dag on SBS6 since January 2025. Outside television, Malou is active on Instagram, where she shares her international reports and travel experiences. p LinkedIn, she maintains a network of more than 500 peers from the media world. Prior to her NOS time, she worked at RTV Utrecht, where she further honed her presentation and research skills.
