Lisa Ploeger makes honest country pop, straight from the heart. With her warm voice and personal songs, she strikes just the right chord. Sometimes small and intimate, sometimes big and powerful, but always sincere. In this solo formation, Lisa plays at small-scale, intimate events, such as weddings, birthdays and other events. She accompanies herself on guitar and plays her own songs and covers.

Lisa's own music focuses on stories and emotions. She sings about topics that fit her life: love, personal development, dreams and trial and error. She also has a wide repertoire of pop/country/folk/rock covers that are ideal for wedding ceremonies or receptions. AND she is open to request songs (for example, your favorite song while walking down the aisle or that song that fits the event perfectly).
Price:
- The mentioned price of €500,00 is for a maximum of 2 x 45 minutes of playing. This
price assumes Lisa has a sound system on location where she can plug in immediately and quickly. A sound man/woman is a plus, but not a must.
- For an additional €250,00 Lisa can bring her own sound system for up to 150 people.
- Up to 150 kilometers from Assen, Lisa does not charge travel expenses.

Lisa Ploeger has previously played at Liberation Festival Drenthe, Liberation Festival Groningen, Hello Festival, Noorderzon, FestiValderAa and in Paradiso, Simplon, Vera and the Oosterpoort. She also participated in the Popronde in 2022 and was a support act for the North Dutch Orchestra and Tim Knol. With her single "I Blame Myself," she won the format "Make Your Debut In A Minute" on 3FM in 2024.
Solo (wedding ceremonies) or with band (events/festivals) she puts down what you are looking for. The price can be increased by additional costs, such as bringing a sound system.

After some technical problems, as should be the case on a night like this, she showed why she absolutely deserved to be here. She mentioned Ilse DeLange as one of her examples, and that was indeed good to hear: country pop with some Fleetwood Mac influences here and there. Her EP We're All Just Human Beings, released last year, is one of those records that does very well when taking a road trip through the countryside in the spring. The sun is shining, the cows are leisurely chewing the juicy grass, you are in no hurry to get anywhere and Lisa sings you along the fields and fields with her sweet-voiced voice. But even within the walls of De Drie Gezusters, her sound and her story are completely at home. 2025 just might be the year of Lisa Ploeger. (via Google)

Her fine voice paints images of loss of youthful innocence while growing up, romantic sitting by the seaside, and well more relatable. Remarkably, the set includes two covers, of which we find a version of Froukje's "Onbezonnen" translated into English the most interesting. During a sweet song about a bourgeois life later, the young couples in the crowd slide closer together. The singer stretches her voice during closing track "Don't let me drown.
