Martine and Martijn together form the spontaneous, acoustic duo ‘Martine & Martijn’. Wherever they go, they bring the Brabant cosiness with them. With their wide repertoire of well-known songs, they make every occasion a party.
The band says, "We have been performing together since we were about 15 years old and because of this we feel each other very well. We are two spontaneous, friendly people who really enjoy performing and this can be felt in the audience - so we're told."
Martine is lead singer in the duo and can sing many different types of songs with her vocal range. For example, she sings power ballads, country, slow R&B and pop songs. Martijn has been playing guitar all his life and is inspired by artists such as James Taylor and John Mayer. Together they bring atmosphere and a fine musical vibe.
