While guests, with a glass of sangria in hand, satisfy their first appetite with various tapas and pinchos, the chef begins the paella in one of our large, or giant, paelleras. You see and smell the Spanish and the rice turns into a feast. Next to it a fresh salad buffet to make it complete. With a choice of vegetarian, meat and/or fish, there is something for everyone and no one is left short of anything. As an experienced caterer, Firma Kok specializes in "live cooking" concepts that make any party a celebration.
