Discover the delicious world of chocolate during our chocolate making workshop! Perfect for lovers of sweet, you will learn the intricacies of working with chocolate and make the most delicious chocolates yourself. A fun and tasty experience for any occasion!
In this workshop you will learn everything you need to know to make beautiful chocolates. We begin with an introduction to chocolate and the art of tempering - an essential step to give your chocolates a glossy finish and the perfect bite. Then you will get to work yourself with different molds to create your unique chocolates.
But that's not all! You will also learn how to make various delicious fillings, such as creamy ganache, fruity coulis and crunchy praline. Our tutors will be on hand to help you and provide tips to take your chocolates to the next level.
Of course, you get to sample unlimited chocolate during the workshop - because what is a chocolate experience without a little
(or a lot!) of snacking?
The workshop takes 2.5 to 3 hours and can be held at almost any location, as long as there is a refrigerator available to harden the chocolates and running water is available. Please note that the workshop is not suitable for outdoor locations or in temperatures above 30 degrees, to ensure the quality of the chocolate.
