We are Nanana's Kitchen, a catering company in Utrecht, specializing in African & Portuguese snacks, dishes and sweet treats. Since 1 year we also have a foodtruck; last year we have provided catering at various corporate events, parties, weddings, neighborhood get-togethers and celebrations; in addition we are at various festivals and markets throughout the country.

THE PRICE, MENTIONED BELOW, IS BASED ON 40 PERSONS AND OF COURSE INDICATIVE BECAUSE DEPENDING ON WHAT IS ORDERED
we have a unique offer of appetizers for drinks or in between, meals and deserts. Everything is homemade. Below is a first impression of what is possible but we make many other Portuguese and African dishes.

Starters/side drinks:
Assorted Nanana's Kitchen appetizers consisting of:
- Vegan samosas
- Beef samoosas
- Chicken croquettes
- Shrimp/salmon risolles
- Badjias (vegetarian falavel)
- Auberginata pepperish (homemade vegan tapenade with eggplant; mixed vegetables, dried fruit, nuts; served with toast)

Main meal:

Several buffet options below: you can order any dish (minimum 10 to 20 servings per dish depending on the dish);
1. Bobotie beef or Bobotie vegetarian: famous South African meat dish; I make the vegetarian version with lentils and carrot. Served with saffron rice.
2. Chicken piri piri: grilled spicy chicken, Portuguese style, served with vegetable rice
3. Nhangana: Mozambican white bean & spinach stew with coconut & tamarind sauce served with rice
4. Beef, chicken or vegan curry (mozambican) with dried mango; served with white rice or home-made roti (extra cost); exotic typical Mozambican dish; surprising, spicy and very flavorful
5. Bacalhao com natas; traditional Portuguese oven dish with dried cod, potato, bechemel cheese sauce.
Served with various seasonal salads

Dessert/for coffee:
- Pasteis de natas: Portuguese custard tarts
- Pineapple & coconut dessert; a kind of trifle;
- Cashew or almond or mixed nut cake (10-12 persons)
- Caramel pudding made with Port wine (10-12 people)
