My name is Yvonne, raised in Twente and now living in Nijmegen. Music has always been an important part of my life. Music was constantly playing in the house: if there was no CD with classical music playing, my father would improvise jazz on the grand piano, or my mother would sing children's songs to us. Just as Agnetha (ABBA) sings in Thank You for the Music, "Mother says I was a dancer before I could walk, she says I began to sing long before I could talk," the same applied to me. My parents told me I was singing myself to sleep.

Music has the power to connect people, amaze, move, remind and comfort. It fills me with energy and gives me satisfaction to raise my voice to touch audiences in special moments.

Live music is not to be missed at a wedding! I am happy to sing loving songs that suit the wedding couple, to make the special day even more intimate. A musical moment on the wedding day can be at various moments, such as when the bride enters, during the ceremony during the signing of the wedding certificate, when putting on the rings, after saying the vows or yes, during the cutting of the wedding cake, during the toast, during dinner or during the opening dance. Frequently requested songs are Perfect, Make you feel my love and Une belle histoire. Together we will make sure it fits your wishes. The cost depends on the number of songs, the instrumentation and the available equipment. The quoted amount is based on singer with piano accompaniment for 1-3 songs, (excluding VAT and travel expenses).
