Every organization, whether public sector or corporate, is faced with the fact that our society is becoming faster and more changeable. Digitalization, AI and remote working is creating dynamics we have never experienced before. The question is how do we deal with it and what can we do about it as an organization? In this lecture, lessons are drawn from Formula 1 - the environment that shows that delivering, accelerating, learning and change reinforce each other enormously - translated to normal organizations and work processes.

Lecture of 60 minutes, interactive and with nice short F1 videos to support/illustrate. In consultation additional work forms in a workshop format can also be added to convert the F1 lessons to your own environment.
A substantive story but certainly not theoretical. An ideal part of a company day, customer event, conference and the like. Also good to combine with, for example, a subsequent dinner and/or karting evening.
