Barney grew up in a small village in North Holland. Country music was instilled in him from an early age. His mother used to be a singer and his father played the guitar. Not surprisingly, Barney has been making this music himself with his guitar since the age of 7. With a voice perfectly suited to the genre, Barney brings with him an authentic sound and style. During his shows across the country and inspired by artists like Johnny Cash, Buck Owens, Elvis Presley, Buck Owens and Danny Vera, Barney brings a nice mix of covers and his own work with special stories in between.
