We had booked the food truck to provide lunch for our employees and everyone had rave reviews. Delicious pastas prepared in no time in front of your eyes. The only downside I could find him is that I was only able to get rid of 2 trays. That cheese wheel was also super nice to see and gives that extra touch of freshness for the lovers.

What an incredible experience at Pasta & More! I had the pasta with chestnut mushroom and black truffle from the cheese wheel, and honestly: this was better than in Italy itself. The creamy sauce, the perfect bite of the pasta and that deep, earthy taste of the truffle.... it was pure perfection. You really taste that love, craftsmanship and top ingredients are used here. The cheese wheel in which the pasta is finished not only makes for an insane taste, but also a great experience! It looks and smells amazing. In addition, the whole atmosphere is right: the food truck is decorated with care and style, there is pleasant music playing in the background and everything is well organized to perfection. No stress, no queue chaos, just relaxed enjoyment of food that is so good it makes you quiet. In short: Pasta & More comes highly recommended. This is not just street food, this is culinary class on wheels.

Big thanks to Coby and Edwin what a treat this was! Pasta & More came by for lunch and from the first moment it was great. The smell of that fresh pasta alone... it makes you hungry right away. Everything is prepared live in front of you, and as soon as you take a bite, you just taste the love that goes into it. Pure taste explosion! Coby and Edwin you are really great to deal with, from the first moment of contact they think of everything, are flexible and make sure everything runs smoothly. The food truck itself also looks very nice, well decorated which completes the atmosphere. And the music completes it all as if you're eating in Italy. And then the dessert ... that ice cream was so good, just what you want after such a good lunch. In short: Top and still Top from beginning to end. Pasta & More comes highly recommended!

The pasta from this food truck was truly fantastic. The bolognese had a full, rich flavor and the truffle with mushrooms was sublime. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. Edwin and Coby top it off: they are incredibly friendly and make you feel immediately welcome. Definitely a place to come back to soon!
