Duo Haagse Hopjes plays live well-known Dutch songs from then and now. Fred accompanies the songs on piano and has a large repertoire. Request numbers from the audience are possible. Marijke sings with warm inviting voice and gives her own interpretation to the songs. She jokes with the audience and tells the story of the songs....
The goal of our performance is to make the sun shine, bring fun and joy, entertain and evoke memories together with our audience, so that everyone has a good time. And we return home satisfied.

The Duo Haagse Hopjes consists of Marijke Bruin and Fred Bratvogel. We have been forming a musical duo together for several years, playing live for you.
What do we play?
- Amsterdam, love and vacation songs, sing-alongs and moving songs, danceable and sensitive songs and a mix of old children's songs.
- A special Annie MG Schmidt repertoire.
- St. Nicholas and Christmas repertoire, belongs to the possibilities.
- Well-known songs in Spanish. Olé! Sway.
- Songs from our youth, Rob de Nijs, Blue Diamonds, etc
- Jazz, Summertime, Casablanca, Christal Gayle,, Adéle, etc.

We play 2 x 45 minutes. with a short break.
We can be booked any day and time of the week, so also weekends or afternoons/evenings.

We often play in community and nursing homes, at coffee mornings and sing-along afternoons, senior citizen gatherings and living room concerts. But also your birthday party can be made cosier with our live music.

We always have time for performances. In the calendar on ShowBird we keep all options open, but the calendar is not up to date. So always inquire about the possibilities. #####
