We are "Tikkie Meer, Tikkie minder" a three-piece cover band from Leiden and we play all your favorite hits! We play throughout the Netherlands and also across the border, where we can create a nice quiet atmosphere everywhere, but also build parties!
We come to play live music for any occasion—whether that means providing a relaxing background of mellow pop hits from the ’60s to today, or getting the party started with all your favorite sing-alongs.
We’re a cover band consisting of singer and acoustic guitarist Ailig, singer Isi, and electric guitarist Jimi. We fill in for each other where needed, which—combined with the mix of acoustic and electric instruments—creates a unique sound. We’ve been playing together for years and have a blast doing it!
PLEASE NOTE! The cost may be higher for events such as weddings or if the venue requires significant travel time; additionally, Showbird’s fees are charged on top of our standard rates.

This band is absolutely amazing! We were able to pick our favorites from a long list of songs, which was a lot of fun in itself. On the night of the event, they sounded wonderful and really set the mood. We really wanted to dance and sing along, and that worked out perfectly. The mix of older and newer songs made sure there was something for everyone, young and old. And, not to be overlooked, they’re really nice people. We’re already looking forward to our next party (someday)—and we’ll definitely have this band play again! Thank you so much ❤️
